1.  Select “Manual Login”

2. Enter your CHS employee or contractor number, as applicable, in the “CHS Employee/Contractor Number” field

3. Enter the one-time password provided by your manager in the “Password” field

4. Select “Log in”

5. Set your new password; passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and must contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter & one number
